•• NERIFFE.
The roan painted female wavered through the thick, exotic forests, the spring had finally found her way to the lands, giving the exotic, colorful plants of the jungle their vivid colors. Her deep mocha colored eyes scanned the area. A soft sigh escaped her lips, there was an atmosphere in this lands that was just so... serene. When she wandered onwards, the sound of a waterfall silenced all other sounds. It was peaceful, in a way, with exotic birds that sang their songs, and the pure sounds of nature. Yet, Neriffe knew the Jungle had many dangerous elements, danger lurking in every corner, predators, but also foreign equines. She knew she needed to be careful this time...
Her thoughts brought memories back, flashing for her honey colored eyes. Slowly, she emerged into the waters. Bathing in the shimmering surface, she closed her eyes and a soft snort was drawn from her nostrils. Sun began to set, and soon enough it would be dark in the Jungle.

Vines. Everywhere! Sprouting like parasites from the earth as they twisted around the trunks of the trees and climbed towards the skies, and even tangling the stallion’s legs in irritatingly strong tendrils. They pulled at him and almost tripped him many times, but he continued to plow through the foliage like a horse on a mission. And he was. It was that damn scent again. That lovely aroma that had sent him into a near craze on countless occasions, and this time was no different. It drove him on through the dense jungles, calling to him. And to be honest, it was the only thing keeping him here.
You see, it’s pretty damn hard to move around in such dense forests when you’re about the size of a truck. Perhaps it was easier to barge through everything than it would be if you were small, but it also expended more energy. And, after quite a while of throwing his weight through everything, Donovan was kind of tired. Sweat drenched much of his muscled body, as well as a few new scrapes he’d gotten from the occasional low-lying branches. But such trivial things never stopped a stud on a mission, and he sure as hell was on one. He’d be damned if he let a forest beat him at his games, even if he’d appreciate more room to move about.
Just as he’d began to pray for an opening, he came upon one. Bursting through the trees and one final wall of brush, he stumbled a few paces and nearly face planted in the ground. So smooth of him! Luckily, his caught himself before fully falling, gigantic hooves saving him from impending disaster. Disoriented for a moment, he shook his head before catching sight of what had caused all his problems: the mare. She was in the water currently, which frustrated him considering, despite his size, he was terrified of deep waters. But it didn’t douse his spirits...much.
Donavan pranced over towards her, thick muscles quivering with excitement beneath his scarred, black hide. God, he wanted some action so bad, and he wasn’t about to even try hiding his desperation from her. But there was a problem: the river. Water was delicious, but Donovan wasn’t the swimming type. In fact, swimming terrified him… not that he’d ever admit it. “Miss, do you mind coming out?” he asked bluntly, wanting to get to the point and being careful not to get his hooves wet.

•• NERIFFE.
A fresh and crisp autumn wind brushed through her mane, rolling off towards the horizon. The mare enjoyed the cold water against her dark coat, the way the sunrays perched down on her slender bodice and warmed her back. Her eyes closed, for just a brief moment - hoofbeats caressed her ears. Neriffe's ears perked up as her senses catched a glimpse of another horse, the wind telling her that it was a stallion who had come to meet her. Eyes scanned the area, her beautiful surroundings, hoping to find the horse. Yet nothing was seen. A soft sigh rolled from her dark lips as she continued to adore the beautiful scenery of the Jungle. The darkness would soon cast upon the forests, and with the moon already in the heavens, the mare knew it would be a wonderful night.
As she saw a black, bulky frame striding towards the waters, a grin curled up around her lips. He pranced towards her with high steps, his hoofs pounding the beat on the solid earth. The stallion gazed at her with his mocha colored eyes, asking for her to come out of the waters. A playful glance lit up in her eyes, and she slowly stepped towards the banks of the river. "And why would I step out of this delicious water, mister?" she asked, her harmonious voice chiming like a crystal bell - a mysterious edge added to them.
