Valaxa

Valaxa is the source of myths and fear. A commanding, and rather ominous, presence on the island, the volcano is often more quiet than active. Every once in a while, lava will surface at the top and make its way down the side of the volcano. Trips to Valaxa are almost taboo to the islanders, who fear the wrath of the volcano. Those who make it to the top of the volcano are said to never come back, but survivors are treated as heros if they can prove their feat.
