Elyei

The coldest part in Shahir (and the most welcomed in the summer!), Elyei is where the winds are surprisingly soft (unless the weather has a freak-out) and plants grow in decent amount. It is not located far from the Oasis itself, which is probably why this is so. However, Elyei also is where horses from the outside lands first end up (unless they climb), so it's a place to remain wary as well.
