•• ADIYA.
Warm colored leaves from large trees hung low to the ground, scattering leaves when a soft wind made its branches dance. It seemed peaceful, with birds flying around singing their songs, a lullaby of the wind and the languorous scent of the dusk. The last, soft sunrays gave her coat a golden glow.
With magical movements she traveled through the thick forest, it's trees reaching high into the heavens, it's branches stroking her golden frame. Her ears perked up, nostrils flared in the scent of foreign equines. A wind rushed through the newly colored leaves, trees whispering to her. A bird flew from a tree and made a sharp sound, which frightened the female. The trotting mare stopped, threw her head up and responded with a shrill whinny. She tossed her mane, eventually calming down as she saw the small creature crossing her path. Adiya took a moment for herself and placed her hooves in the sandy earth, her thoughts wandered off while she watched the bird merrily flying around. It sang his songs as the bird perched down on another branch and a relaxed, genuine smile formed around her lips, listening to the bird's lullaby. With long strides she continued her elegant gait, her journey to find other equines.

Darwin hadn't been very social after his encounter with the new king of the mountains. He still limped as he made his way through the trees today, in no pain but visibly suffering. Luckily he'd found his sister not long after the fight, and she had been able to heal his wounds.
A high pitched whinny bounced through the wood ringing in his ears. He felt happier today, more cheerful. Maybe it wouldn't hurt to meet a pretty lady today. A low, grumbling sound came from his throat. "Hellllloooo there!" he couldn't tell how far away she was, for although high pitched the whinny had been faint.

A soft sigh was drawn from her lips, taking her environments in once more. Little snowflakes, shining like diamonds perched down on leaves and the mare knew winter had begun.
Then, when she heard a salutation in a low voice, her ears perked up. Since she resided in these lands, she only met the youthful, cheerful filly which kept her company for quite some time. Yet another smile adorned her face when her thoughts trailed off to Cath.
Softly - even sultry the mare nickered to the foreign equine, assuming it was a stallion as she heard such a low voice. Quite attractive, really... And so, Adiya approached the stallion, his coat was a shade of grey, one with unique markings.
"It's a beautiful day, isn't it?"

True, quite beautiful today as well as last night. The grulla responded stopping where he stood and waiting for the mare to approach him. The tree's were frosted over this morning and a light chill hung in the air. Darwin's knee began to ache lightly as he continued to stand still in the cold. He quietly lifted it slightly in an awkward position for most equines. Pleased to meet you. his head dipped respectively as she came into view. My name is Aquila. late king of the mountains. He added silently. It had been long enough for the grulla to have gotten over it, yet still he hung on to his homeland in his heart.

The grulla coated stallion quietly approached her, and the mare took a few steps in his direction, giving him a sincere smile that played across her lips. Her tail brushed softly against her hocks when winds rolled off from the meadows. Adiya raised her head in a graceful way, eyeing the stallion once more when the soft words were drawn from his maw. He offered her a bow of the head, and the flaxen chestnut - her coat looking like gold in the dim light of sun rays, greatly respected that.
"Aquila," she said softly, enjoying the way his name rolled of off her tongue, mulling it over in her mind as if she was tasting a fine wine. "I'm called Adiya."
